Come and join me every Saturday for an Ashtanga primary series led class at the beautiful built yoga studio - Your Space studio in Wootton.

Ashtanga is a dynamic and traditional style of yoga with a set sequence of asanas (postures) which synchronise breath and movement. The practice is strong, so some level of fitness is necessary, but as with all styles of yoga there are always modifications for each asana and the opportunity to take rest.

If you are looking to evolve your yoga practise by cultivating strength, flexibility and alignment, Ashtanga is for you. Verbal and physical assists will be provided in class to help you learn and grow as a practitioner. Finally, an important element of Ashtanga is community, so there is always the opportunity for a herbal tea and chat afterwards.

Vinyasa flow

Come and join me every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for VInyasa flow in Yinspire Brading or Your Space Wootton.

Vinyasa flow classes allow asanas (postures) to link creatively and gracefully together in synchronisation with the breath, allowing the practise to become a moving meditation.

My classes can be strong or gentle, depending on the modifications you choose during your practise and we typically flow to a great sound track.

As with all styles of yoga, there is always opportunity to modify or take rest within your practise and connect lovingly with your mind and body.

Yoga for Pregnancy

Come and join me Tuesday mornings for a gentle pregnancy flow suitable for all trimesters.

Pregnancy is such a special and magical time, but it can also be exhausting and uncomfortable. During my own pregnancy I practised yoga throughout and found it to be an invaluable tool to ease discomfort, maintain strength and prepare my body for labour. I like to incorporate visualisations and breathing techniques used in hypnobirthing during my classes, which are recommended by the NHS.
