Dynamic VInyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow classes allow asanas (postures) to link creatively and gracefully together in synchronisation with the breath, allowing the practise to become a moving meditation.
In these classes we will cultivate the strength to safely explore arm balances, inversions and backbends, all to a great soundtrack.
As with all styles of yoga, there is always opportunity to modify or take rest within your practise and connect lovingly with your mind and body. At the end of class there is always a complimentary tea waiting for you and time for a chat with other yogis.
