Thanks for visiting my site. My name’s Beth and I’m a yoga teacher based on the Isle of Wight teaching Ashtanga, Vinyāsa flow and Prenatal yoga.

I have been a yoga student for many years now and in 2021 I took the step to complete a 300 hour YTT with the Island School of Yoga. Since then, I’ve gone on to complete ashtanga and prenatal yoga trainings, I am also hoping to train in mandala yoga later this year!

Quite simply, I love yoga and how it makes me feel in my body and mind. As someone who wasn’t particularly sporty or active as a child and teenager, discovering yoga as an adult has allowed me to find grace, strength and confidence which has supported me in all areas of my life. I love supporting others to do the same.

I truly believe that yoga is transformational and I would love to spread the magic of yoga with you in my classes.
